We are already working on the second result of the TECOFASH project. We want to create an extremely useful course on sustainable and digital management of a fashion company – how to break it down, how to implement similar solutions to your company? Our plan is to provide a whole new tool through the TECOFASH project to create an ethical, modern and green, as well as open to young, fashion sector.
The TECOFASH Consortium has already developed a series of modules that will cover the next parts of the training. The second result of the TECOFASH project is: CSR actions focused on the external actions attracting youth and business to the fashion industry.

At the end of the training, there will also be a general summary, good advice and practices – so we focus primarily on practical knowledge, supported by examples from life.
The very formula of the training is to allow for the integration and exchange of knowledge, experiences, views between people who are just entering the labour market, also unemployed people, with the fashion sector, owners of fashion-related companies.
We want our course to be really useful, so in the next parts of the project we plan to test our solutions on a group of 50 experienced fashion entrepreneurs, 50 young people. Thanks to these meetings and confronting our training with the opinion of the target group, we will introduce appropriate corrections and we hope we will create a course that will change the fashion sector for the better.
