4. PRACTICAL ACTIVITY

Instructions: Assess the quality of your relationships with stakeholders using the following criteria. Assign a score (on a
scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest) for each stakeholder based on your assessment of the relationship quality.

Guidelines:

Engagement Type: Describe the type of engagement or interaction you have with each
stakeholder (e.g., Collaborative Workshops, Feedback Surveys, One-on-One Interviews).

Communication Effectiveness: Rate how effectively communication flows between your
project team and the stakeholder. Consider factors like frequency, clarity, and responsiveness.

Trust and Collaboration: Evaluate the level of trust and collaboration in your relationship with
the stakeholder. Assess how well you work together and whether there's a mutual

understanding of goals and values.

Satisfaction: Gauge the stakeholder's satisfaction with the engagement and their perception
of the project's impact on their objectives or needs.

Overall Relationship Quality: Calculate an overall score for each stakeholder by averaging
the scores for communication effectiveness, trust and collaboration, and satisfaction.
